2027: Dr. Emeka Kalu Declares Bid for Abia North Senatorial Seat, Says He’s the Most Qualified

Dr. Emeka Kalu, a native of Bende Local Government Area in Abia State, has formally declared his intention to contest for the Abia North Senatorial seat in the 2027 general elections, describing himself as the most qualified and prepared candidate for the position.

Kalu, who also serves as President of the E.C.K Foundation, made the declaration in a statement issued to journalists in Lagos on Wednesday. He said his extensive track record in philanthropy and leadership sets him apart from other contenders, positioning him as the candidate best suited to deliver effective representation and people-focused development.

“Abia North needs a Senator who is not only experienced but ready to deliver from day one,” Kalu stated. “My achievements in business and philanthropy reflect my capacity, competence, and commitment to service. While others make promises, I bring a history of performance.”

He emphasized that his political and business careers have consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, marked by a dedication to grassroots development and a deep commitment to the needs of the people.

“Abia North has had many leaders, but I stand out as a man of integrity, vision, and action,” he added. “Now is the time to elect a proven performer who can elevate the interests of our people with competence and passion.”

Dr. Kalu assured that his leadership, if elected, would bring positive change and meaningful progress to the senatorial district.
